Shipping policy

All items in our shop are made to order, which means each piece is created just for you. Production typically takes 5–10 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We work with trusted print partners in Canada, the U.S., and worldwide to ensure your order ships from the location closest to you whenever possible. Please note that during holidays or high-volume seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly make it right. For lost or delayed shipments, contact us.  We’ll help track your package and offer solutions where possible.
