Welcome to Created to Create /  We are a faith-inspired print-on-demand shop built on the belief that creativity is a reflection of the Creator Himself. By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines are here to ensure a smooth, transparent, and respectful experience for everyone.

1. Overview

All items in our shop are designed and made with care, prayer, and purpose. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Ordering & Processing

Each product is made to order, which means it’s printed or created individually once your order is received.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

  • Orders may not be cancelled or changed once production has begun.

  • If you need to make a change, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to help.

3. Payment

We accept secure payments through Etsy Checkout or Shopify’s trusted payment gateway. Your order will begin production only after payment has been successfully processed.

4. Shipping

We partner with reliable print and fulfillment centers in Canada, the U.S., and worldwide to ensure timely delivery.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Delivery times vary by region, especially during holidays or high-volume seasons.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

  • We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
    We want every experience with Created to Create to be one of joy and integrity.

6. Custom Orders

We gladly accept custom requests when possible. However, because this shop reflects our Christian faith, we reserve the right to decline custom designs that conflict with our values or mission. All decisions are made respectfully and with kindness.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photography, logos, and designs featured in this shop are the original creations of Created to Create and Mustard Seed by Agnes. These may not be copied, modified, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or global disruptions.

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • Slight colour or placement variations that occur during print production.

Every product is printed with care, but minor variations may occur due to screen differences and the handmade nature of print-on-demand items.

Your privacy matters. Any personal information collected (such as your name, email, or address) is used solely for processing your order and communicating with you. We do not sell, rent, or misuse your data — ever.
